In the corner of my eye I see my neighbor who usually says, "Good morning" to me. Today she hesitates and says, "Uh... Good morning, Guy, quite a ride you got there" with a jeered tone. I replied sarcastically, "Good morning, Catalina, this right here is a thoroughbred." As my sarcastic smile dwindled away I started to make my way to class.
At the first red light I stop at a little girl with her father says to me, "Whoa! I wanna ride DAT daddy! Could you pretty please buy me that?" Her father said, "No honey stay away from strangers" dragging her along with him. Meanwhile, there was a horde of people in the bank on the corner of the street and every single person bursted with boisterous laughter at my appearance.
Although everyone ridiculed me for having a bright yellow horse, I still enjoyed the ride to class. The way the horse took me was actually fun and worth the embarrassment. It went up and down while floating on the ground moving horizontally. The ride was so fun that I decided to keep the bright yellow horse and show it to every one in town not caring whether they liked it or thought I was flamboyant.
Note: In this story I depict the horse representing the imagination I possess. The little girl represents children's curiosity in the imaginative dimension, while the father in the scene portrays the mature, and well-educated adult who makes his child follow along his footsteps. The father drags his daughter to follow along with him on the street. This crucial scene expresses adults forcing their child to conform to society and give up their imagination to grow up into mature adults.
That was interesting I liked it, the imagery of you on this horse was hilarious though.
